What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea?

Yesterday afternoon I started feeling lightheaded and dizzy - if I bent over I felt like I would pass out. I got thru 30 minutes of gym class and home by 630. By 8 I needed to be in bed - so dizzy and felt nausea. I am fine today YYYY@YYYY I am 55 year old female and just tsrated a low dosage bllod pressure medicine about 2 weeks ago - I take it at night

Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. I think you are experiencing a hypotensive episode . The causes of low blood pressure can range from dehydration to serious medical or surgical procedures.
I think your cause is the medications you are taking. Keep yourself in observation.
