What Causes Dizziness Along With Nausea?

Good day, been feeling quite odd for the past 2 weeks, seen a doctor he mentioned vertigo, been taking serc24 but don t seem to help. My symptoms, when i wake up i am dizzy and still in bed... constantly nauseus and a warm feeling on the right side of my head, like inside. i feel very unstable too.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Causes of vertigo are many. It may be related with the inner ear or the brain. As the Serc 24 mg didn't work for you, so it should be now taken a bit more seriously.

Aas said, the reason can be in the inner ear such as an ear infection, but the reason can also be in the brain as a minor stroke can do the same.

He would take a more detail history and would better make a plan for you. But, I would say you must see a doctor.
