I recommend : - a physician consult - an x-ray of the cervical spine. An MRI if nerve damage is suspected. - blood tests (complete blood count, blood glucose levels, lipid profile, kidney and liver function tests) -regularly monitoring blood pressure and if consistently high, diet modifications along with medications if necessary. -urine analysis Diet modifications include salt restriction and avoiding fast foods, foods high in glycemic levels and saturated fats. An improper posture in front of a computer can exacerbate or trigger spondylosis and can damage nerves. Avoid sitting continuously for more than a half hour.
