What Causes Dizziness Along With Pain And Stiffness In The Neck?

I was led to the cervical spondyolosis WebMD webpage after I entered the following symptoms: dizziness, neck pain, stiff neck and headache but this page says nothing about dizziness being associated with this illness. On the top it says these are the symptoms you entered but although I entered dizziness it doesn t appear here. Should I then rule out cervical spondylosis?
