What Causes Dizziness Along With Pelvic Pain And Pressure During Periods?

Hi Doctor.I have fainting feel from 3 days, it comes and goes and if i put pressure on my stomach I am feeling it. Today my pelvic is paining as if I have my periods, but today is just 8th day after my periods. Could you please suggest what would be the reason, whom should I contact.

Hello,

Your symptoms could be suggestive of irritable bowel syndrome or a stomach issue. I recommend taking Buscopan. If this helps improve your situation, it would be indicative of irritable bowel syndrome. Otherwise, I would recommend taking a PPI (Omeprazole, etc.) to help improve your stomach.
