What Causes Dizziness Along With Profuse Sweating And Vomiting?

I woke up and went to go shave and suddenly I got real dizzy and started sweating profusely, then started throwing up. I went back to bed and slept for 3 hours then got up and showered and felt like normal the rest of the day. I have been having occasional slight dizziness.I ve been to the hospital for an ekg and a ct scan of my head and exrays of my chest. everything came back normal. They took blood and said they were running tests but, wouldn t have the results back until Monday and made an appointment with my Doctor. What could this be?

hi sir,as your symptoms make me think of the following conditions :
1)low blood pressure mostly in autonomic dysfunction as in diabetes
2)acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy
3)endocrine disorders like adrenal insufficiency, pheochromocytoma
4)low blood glucose as in diabetes mellitus
5)panic attack
6)severe left heart dysfunction that the ejection fraction is very low leading to very low blood pressure.this can occur in myocardial infarction,severe aortic stenosis and regurgitation.

as your ct brain,ECG, are normal,we can rule out cardiac rhythm abnormalities like atrial fibrillation and brain pathology.so,kindly get the following tests done :
1)fasing and post prandial blood glucose,glycosylated hb.
2)thyroid profile
3)2D ECHO heart
