What Causes Dizziness Along With Stiffness In The Neck?
I have been experiencing a foggy like state for 6 weeks now with what feels like a little dizziness. I was awakened last night three times with tremors and have had them all day, mainly my head and hands, should I be alarmed..also have had a lot of neck stiffness
