What Causes Dizziness Along With Stomach Pain?

I m on flagyl 500mg 2 times a day for 7 days. Tomorrow s my last day taking it. Yesterday I started feeling light headed and my stomachs been hurting and I ve been vomiting. Is there any way I could get pregnant while taking it and already have symptoms?

Dear thanks for the question.

There are two possibility in your case other than pregnancy. It could be gastritis (acidity) or flagyl related stomach upset. You can take antacids (omeperazole 20mg) and antiemetic tablet (perinorm) for two days after completing flagyl course. You will be fine.

Regarding pregnancy, yes you can get pregnant while taking flagyl , if you had sex and if it is the time of ovulation. Flagyl doesn't interfere with this. You can go for urine stick test after a week.
