What Causes Dizziness Along With Tingling In The Hands?

My wife is light headed dizzy feeling. She had tingling in her hands. Had trouble walking and is very very tired feels like she could sleep forever. Had blood work done nothing came back BP good pulse good. Her tongue has cracks or groves in it and she is thirsty. Feels ok laying down but sitting up moving around gets sick feeling

I really appreciate your concern, this is the sudden onset then it may be due to some cervical disk disease the it need to be ruled out and it is not like that then it may be nonspecific most of the time it may be functional condition and it is nothing to worry, if the symptoms persist then counseling may needed hope this information helps.
