Dizziness is usually caused by four different things:
1) Veritgo: Illusion of self or environmental motions
2) Presyncope: fainting or passion out
3) Disequilibrium: Falling, trouble with balance
4) Undifferentiated, light-headed or woozy
Therefore, dizziness could be caused by anything including the brain, brain stem, strokes, ears pathology, drug toxicity, electrolyte abnormalities, anxiety,
depression,
heart disease,
dehydration, anemia, kidney disease,
thyroid dysfunction, hepatitis, etc.
Enlarged livers can cause dizziness if they are limiting the blood flow back to the heart. Enlarged livers can also cause nausea and fatigue.
Dizziness with fatigue is often concerning for anemia.
I would recommend:
-seeing your
primary care physician or someone that can run routine labs to rule out any kidney disease, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, anemia, infections, hepatitis
-stay hydrate with plenty of fluids
-rest
-low salt diet
-avoid alcohol
