What Causes Dizziness Along With Vomiting And Diarrhea?

i have been lighted heaeded and dizzy, since wednsday yesterday I vomited twice today I am having diarrhiha, I am on trazadone mg lamotriagine, amlodipine daily I have not taken my trazadone or lamotragini since sunday could that be the reason I feel this way

Hi. The cause of dizziness may be related to the vomiting and diarrhea. You might be dehydrated. With trazadone, it at cause increase in dizziness or even drowsiness. You should continue taking Lamotriagine. It might be helpful for you to get checked up. Lab work like blood count and metabolic profile might provide with more information on what is going on.
