What Causes Dizziness Along With Vomiting And Fatigue?
I wake up almost every morning felling hung over and I have not drank anything. I am dizzy, vomiting and tired all the time. My doctor has told me I have vertigo but do you have that for days at a time? I am also in menopause and have really bad hot flashes all day and night sweats all night which keep me up all night.
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
* As per my clinical experience, the current presentation suggests underlying hormone imbalance due to menopause.
* The morning hang over is due to inadequate sleep.
* Vigorous symptomatic control is mandatory with supportive medications of PPI, anxiolytics, anti emetics and other nutritional elements.
Wish this information will help you.
Do feel free to ask further doubts.
