What Causes Dizziness Along With Vomiting?

On Wednesday I had a sudden episode of exceeding dizziness that included vomiting, lasting about 4 hours then cleared up and was perfectly fine for two days. On Friday I had a repeat except when the episode subsided I remained dizzy and still am, not to the point of vomiting but dizzy though I am able to function on a limited basis. I went to the urgent care clinic locally, they immediately sent me to the ER where they did a battery of tests but said it appears to be vertigo??? Where should I go from here?

you can start taking betahistine 8 mg 2 times a day for 19 days
and google EPLEYs MANUVERE
whenever you have an episode of dizziness do epleys manuvere and you will be fine

vertigo is because of stones in the ear cannal ( labyrinth )
it’s a benign condition and above treatments can help in terminating the attack
