What Causes Dizziness And A Lump On Head After A Injury?
I hit the top of my head standing up too quickly from looking for something in the fridge. I didn t pass out, but feel dizzy and a lump formed on my head where I hit it. I m feeling a little nauseous too. I have ice on my head now, should I be worried, and is there anything else I should do?

I really appreciate your concern, if this the head injury then it needs to be taken seriously and in my opinion better to get done the CT brain, it is the rule that such patient needs to be kept under medical observation for few hours to day hope this information helps.
