What Causes Dizziness And And BP Of 111/80?

My daughter is 20 years old and weights 95 pounds. She just called me from her job. She was dizzy and feeling sick and shaking. The ladies thought her sugar was low so they feed her icing (she works in a bakery) and orange juice and sugar. 10 minutes later one of the husbands came in and took her sugar. It was 123. I picked her up and just checked blood pressure and it was 111/80. She is laying down now. She just told me that she has had these spells in the past. Her father is a diabetic.

HI,welcome to HCM.
These are hypoglycemic spells quite common in undiagnosed and untreated diabetes mellitus.I advice you to throughly screen yourself for diabetes through hb1ac,fasting and post prandial blood glucose.Regular monitoring of the blood pressure should be done twice weekly.Maintain the blood glucose below 110mg% and blood pressure below 130/80 mm hg.Drugs like metformin can help to reduce the sugar levels.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you
