Yes Doctor.....I have taken small doses of Remeron for nearly 20 years and I recently stopped taking it. I was feeling too much fatigue and I started on Lexapro which I had taken also in combination with Remeron for 3 years. I had been off Lexapro for about a year before I recently started taking it again (5 mg at bedtime). However, my fatigue and dizziness have gotten worse as well as my anxiety, depression, and panic. My energy level is considerably lower and I am concerned that maybe the Remeron over the years has lowered my cortisol and I may be suffering Adrenal insufficiency. Is that possible?
