What Causes Dizziness And Appetite Loss While On Exelon Patch?

My husband has been on the Exelon patch for going on three years. From time to time, he has experienced dizziness and has even fallen several times. He also is experiencing loss of appetite, weight loss and extreme tiredness, from time to time--spends whole day in bed. Usually feels better afterwards. He s been to ER several times and always gets a clean bill of health after all the tests. He has a pacemaker, and his cardiologist says this is not due to his heart problems. NOBODY has ever suggested it might be from the patch, but reading this website now makes me think his symptoms might very well be from the patch. I will now call his neurologist and see what he thinks. I m just wondering why no other doctor has come up with this diagnosis, even though we tell all of them he s on this patch.
