What Causes Dizziness And Black Spots In The Field Of Vision?

while sitting in a resturant I started feeling hot dizzy weak and started seeing black spots. I also started feeling feint and things started getting black. What could this be? I have a history of high blood pressure but nothing else. started feeling better after about 10 15 minutes.

Hi,

It could be transient ischemia and it can be caused by a transient rise in your blood pressures. These episodes put the patient at increased risk of stroke so we need to get your blood pressure checked first.
