What Causes Dizziness And Blackout In Vision?
When I lay on my stomach I feel lightheaded and my vision blackens. I can t do this longer than a few seconds. This has been going on for a while now... years actually. I have had some back issues. I ve herniated disc s in the L3,4,5 region and have had 2 back surgeries. Double discectomy and laminectomy. What could be causing this?

As per your history, it may be due to hypoglycemia or hypotension and may not be due to laminectomy.
Kindly check fasting and postprandial sugar level. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.
Keep yourself hydrated. Take a balanced diet.
