What Causes Dizziness And Blackouts On Getting Up?

I have been having extreme dizziness when I get up regardless of how slow or fast I get up, also when this happens my vision blacks out and my hands, fingers, and feet all get tingly and become numb while the rest of my body is tingly. I do have sivere anxiety and depression and am on several medication. I take brintellix, valum, lovethryoxcine, estrodial, a water pill and a diet pill

Hello,

I believe this can be related to orthostatic hypotension. I believe this may be caused by water pill you are taking. I think you may need to discuss with your cardiologist to lower dosage or stop taking it at all.
