What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision After Sleep In Children?

My 12 year old son is complaining of dizziness when he wakes up and when he rises from sitting to standing. He complains of blurred vision and needing glasses but passed his eye exam. He is now complaining of leg cramping. Should I be pushing for testing?
