What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision While On Doxycycline And Loestrin?

My 18 yr old daughter is having increasing dizzy spells with blurred vision right before she has to sit or lie on the floor. She is conscious but feels foggy, tired and must close her eyes for 5 minutes. There s no correlation with lack of food or fluid intake. Her labs, brain MRI with contrast and neuro exam are normal. After the dizzy spell she can walk but not steady and is fatigued the rest of the day. She is on Doxycycline, Spirinolactone 200mg and Lo Loestrin for acne. These have been the same for two years. Her last period was December 2015. I think these may be correlated.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such dizzy spell could be nonspecific if all the concern tests are unremarkable, still I would like to advise to see the ENT surgeon because it could be due to vestibular dysfunction, or the condition can be managed with Tab Betahistine 8 mg three times in day, wax impaction of ear could be the cause hope this information helps.
