Hello,

Dizziness and blurring of vision may be due to hypotension or posterior circulation stroke or cardiac problem or BPPV or ocular muscle palsy or cataract etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ECG, chest x-ray and MRI brain. The vestibular examination is useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
