What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Hi , I am a 23 year old female don t spoke or use drugs or alcohol. However I am feeling lightheaded , blurred vision and super dizzy , and i have to sit for a minute before i stand so i can stand up. also i am having this out of body experience thing i don t know how to describe is like i get a feeling out of my spinal cord and it feels like it comes out of my body . but after that i get dizzy

we will need to get certain blood biochemistry tests done to be sure that your blood sugar levels are normal.
also a check for blood pressure is needed.
An infection in your ear could also cause vertigo.
if the dizziness is positional you could be suffering from cervical spondylitis.
if all this is normal we need to go for a CAT scan of the head and neck to rule out a central nervous system disorder.
In the meantime tab. vertin SOS will help.
