What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision?

Hi. I was turning over in bed last night. I was watching tv. But when I turned over and settled, my head felt extremely dizzy, my vision felt as tho things were moving around and I was immediately nauseated. I didn’t throw up and it last just about 10 seconds. Could that just be vertigo or inner ear? It actually scared me for a moment. It has not happened again.

Ya of course its sudden onset of imMbalance of inner ear. Don't to worry about it. So sometimes it's occur. Psychosomatically and disturb combination of eye ear and brain.
