What Causes Dizziness And Burning Sensation In The Hand?
two weeks ago left hand was burning. then woke up and had episodes of dizziness and weakness. later my left arm was tingling, numb and weak. neck x-rays normal. week later in ER, significant leg weakness and loss of insertions. same for left arm. CT scan clear. MRI showed herniated bulging disk in cervical spin, referred to physio. No explanation for leg weakness, loss of strength or loss of balance.

Hi,
The tingling and burning all can be due to nerve compression by bulging disc.
The pregabalin and multivitamin tablet can be prescribed for that.
The dizziness need to be evaluated in detail by random blood sugar estimation, blood pressure measurement and full CBC.
The Otological examination also should be done to exclude Otological causes.
According to cause specific treatment given.
