What Causes Dizziness And Chest Pains While Having High WBC Count?

I feel very dizzy. My wbc count has been high for many years. It ranges between 16000-25000. I went to a hemotologist that thought it was a medication side effect. However I m no longer on that medication so I know it can t be that. I have good dental health and have been checked for all studs and am hiv negative. Been having a lot of dizzy spells and some pains in the center of my chest. I m 34 year old female and am obese.

I really appreciate your concern, clinical symptoms are matter of concern if the condition is asymptomatic then it is nothing to worry, still I would advise to get done the complete test including bone marrow test hope this information helps.
