What Causes Dizziness And Diarrhea After Taking Tylenol?

my 73 year old wife had a dental extraction exactly 24 hours ago...she has been resting, limited intake of soft food ( scrambled egg approximately 3- 4 hours ago ) and has ONLY been taking Tylenol for pain even though she has a prescription for a pain killer...she had been making what we believed was progress, she arose to go take a shower, then get dressed in her nightgown...but when she bent down to retrieve a nightgown, she felt dizzy, fell and had a major episode of diarrhea...trying to determine what to do.

Hi,

Tylenol is a safe drug and does not cause any major problem. Single episode of dizziness, and loose stool may indicate a bad food taken, or stomach upset.

This is not a lot to worry about if there are no further episodes.

If she still feels dizzy even afterward or have more episodes then she should be seen taken to the doctor but I hope it won't be needed.
