What Causes Dizziness And Diarrhea While On Xarelto And Valsartan HCTZ?
began taking both Valsartan HCTZ 160 -12.5 MG and Amlodipine besylate 10 MG 4 days ago; also Xarelto 10 mg for 8 months following aortic valve replacement. Feeling very dizzy., had severe diarrhea last night. Can t check with MD before Monday.. 8/19 - 6:50 p.m.

Both valsartan and amlodipine cause dizziness plus you say you are having diarrhoea which can itself cause dizziness as a result of fluid loss from the body.
Do you also have fever?
moreover, if diarrhoea can be a side effect of valsartan in which case you will have to stop taking it but ofcourse, get another antihypertensive in its place
