What Causes Dizziness And Droopy Eyes After A Concussion?
My son has a concussion (2 months ago) suffers from dizziness and imbalance. He is undergoing the first phases of PT with walking and balance exercises which started yesterday. Today his right eyelid is droopy and the right side of his face has less feeling than the right side. Earlier in the day he was very dizzy. He did do his exercises as prescribed.

It is brain shaking but less from brain injury like pupil are not pin point and no nausea and vomiting. Can record acuity of vision. But it is possible that there will be drooping of the eyes. It is neurological problem so consult neurologist for clinical examination and diagnosis for dizziness and drooping of eye. It is to be differentiated from facial palsy. Lagophthalmos and wrinkling of forehead is to be tested.
Confirm whether mouth is drawn to opposite side.
