Dear sir. Kindly check fasting blood glucose, post prandial blood glucose and Hba1c to know u r diabetic r not. get done in a near by lab. with that 177 it doesn't infer any thing much as we dono this test was done before a meal r after a meal. once proven diabetes treatment can be started. giddiness mite be due to many causes like diabetes causing low sugars, stress, ENT problems, hypertension etc. proper history needs to be given. kindly meet ur doc for evalution to know the cause. thank u
