What Causes Dizziness And Excessive Sweating While Suffering From Hypertension?

My husband is 42 years old he is 6 foot tall and weighs 275 pounds. Only known medical condition is high blood pressure. Yesterday he Came out of the bathroom pouring sweat hunched over saying he was very dizzy he payed down and stayed in bed all day the dizziness never went away the sweating finally slowed down but has not fully stopped, he started coughing and with almost every cough he spits out light green snot His symptoms have stayed exactly the same from noon yesterday til now (4:33am)

Thanks for posting on HCM
Dizziness and excessive sweating of sudden onset may probably be of infectious origin.These symptoms with coughing up of green sputum may suggest a respiratory/lung infection like bronchopneumonia, TB....I will suggest you see the Doctor for examination and investigations.You may need tests like full blood count, ESR, chest x ray and sputum exam/culture.In the meantime, i will suggest you try the following:
-Rest well
-Eat well and healthy
-Take enough water
-Take a mucolytic like carbocysteine
-A steroid like prednisolone
Then see your Doctor for investigation and jusdge the need for antibiotics
