What Causes Dizziness And Excessive Sweating?

I get up and I m dizzy and I feel like I m going to pass out I cant understand what people r saying to me sometimes. Icant remember anything I sweat a lot my legs r turning red my kneck hurts so bad sometimes on the right side I cant stand it..i studder sometimes...I talk and see people lwho r not alive anymore..my feet r red also...
