Hi, Im 51yo woman always run, cycle, go at the gym about 5X/week and eat well No process food only vegetables, meat etc...
But when I wake up, I feel my hands & head if I noddle like a bit shaky.
I can feel dizzy, exhausted like if I always have a hypoglycaemia, can't concentrate.
I can have strong pain on the lower right side of the head also a blurry vision on left eye also can loose balance on the right side
I don't know if this can help.
