What Causes Dizziness And Extreme Fatigue?

I am 56 and for the past 8 days have been feeling lightheaded and faint out of nowhere. I have low blood pressure and since we were at Sams Club when this happened I went to take the free pressure reading and it was 164/97 at risk. Also, extremely exhausted after work and have been taking 30 minute naps

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Your BP reading is definitely fairly high. If the same BP remains then you need to start treatment to reduce it to a level around 130/80 mm Hg. High BP can make you feel dizzi and light headed. Please also check your blood glucose, because undetected diabetes can be one of the main reasons for feeling exhausted. Since there is no mention of your weight and height, it is difficult comment because over weight and very little physical activity can be one of the precursors for diabetes. So please do check the glucose levels and if BP remains high, start treatment for it. Reduce salt and fat intake. Thanks.
