General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the severity of symptoms with indication of dizziness, eyes closing on its own is not normal at all. There can be possible hematoma formation in epidural or subdural spaces of the brain which may provoke concussion and related sequences. It is best recommended to consult at an ER and discuss the need of a CT brain without contrast for best possible evaluation and best management guidelines.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
