General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Staying under the sun and doing some work in these conditions may cause you to lose water and electrolytes and faint. In some cases, this may progress to heatstroke and can be life-threatening.

Next time, if you need to be outside and in sunny areas, you will need to wear a hat, drink plenty of fluids and make sure you sit down regularly and avoid long stays under the sun.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
