What Causes Dizziness And Fatigue After Taking Postinor 2?

Hi , I had sex on the 17th and 18th of June he withdrew and was so sure he didn t ejaculate inside of me but I was still concerned and took postinor2 on the 18th and then took the second tablet the next day . I was feeling dizzy and weak . I am ovulating and my next period will be on the 28th pls I hope the drug will not affect me internally and then I hope I will see my menstruation on time ? I hvnt vommitted or bled I hope it s ok? My point is taking postinor 2 while ovulating and sure that no sperm go into me hope it s safe ? I just took it to avoid being pregnant.thank you

I understand your concern.
Feeling of dizziness and weakness are some of the common symptoms seen after intake of emergency contraceptive pill like Postinor 2.
You can take adequate rest and symptomatic treatment to overcome the same. Such symptoms will subside gradually and does not require much medical intervention.
The pill would cause withdrawal bleeding within 3 weeks from the day of its intake. Accordingly, your schedule of periods could alter.
In case bleeding doesn't happen by 3 weeks, kindly take urine pregnancy test and seek medical attention promptly.
