Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
hi- I am a male 46 years old. I eat pretty well and workout 5+ times a week and I am very active. I have recently ( in the last few days) been lightheaded and weaker and more tired than usual. I thought it may be because I am increasing my physical activity in working out and eating less carbs. Should I be going to my primary care Doctor or doing something else?
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Your symptoms may be caused by the fact that you have increased your physical activity and cut down on energy intake.I will suggest you try the following: -Take a rest or work less -Eat well and balanced If symptoms persist, you may then see your Doctor for investigations. However, you may not have any particular problem.Stress alone is enough to give you such symptoms. Hope this will help Best regards
