What Causes Dizziness And Feeling Hot Without A Fever?

yes i have allot fo crazy symptoms. For one i am dizzy all the time. I feel like i am swiming insteady of walking. I had an episode where i fainted and i believe that was due to low blood sugar so i check it often now and its fine not to high or low but i am still dizzy. I have weak funny feelings in my legs all the time when i have these episodes i fell really hot but i dont have a fever

hello and thank you for asking HCM,

I understand your concern. You didn't mention your gender and age, but these symptoms could be connected with menopause in women. But these symptoms could also be connected with low blood pressure or thyroid problems. So my suggestion is to visit your GP nad make proper examination of your blood pressure and blood test to see your thyroid hormones, but also to see if you are maybe anemic.
Until then try to stay hydrated at least 1.5-2L fluids per day and always have somethink sweet with you.
