What Causes Dizziness And Fluttering Sensation In The Chest?

18 year old daughter has been experiencing some dizziness, lightheadedness, heart feels fluttery or like skips a beat or two. This lasts for a few seconds. This has been happening the last few days. A couple of weeks ago, same thing happened, but she saw black spots and felt faint. Again, just for a few seconds. She is away at school, so I am not sure what kind of doctor she should see. I feel like since it is happening more often now, even though not as bad as the first time, she needs to get checked out.

take ecg and get it examined by cardiologist. there should be clinical examination of chest exclude valvular problem may be checked if requeired vulvae replacement may be considered tobe checked and decided by cardiac surgeon problem of pace if there is iregularity fitting of pace maker can be considered black sports are muscivolitantis or floaters some degenarative part of retina search for hole tear or peripheral detachment. lase beam aplication can be considered retina surgeon should be consulted and fundus examination should be done
