What Causes Dizziness And Fluttering Sensation In The Neck?

I ve been experiencing sudden onset of a fluttery feeling at base of neck combined with a feeling of weakness, dizziness, and I feel I m about to faint. This will last for a few minutes and then pass. It s now happening daily. What could be causing this? Thank you.

general health checkup should be done done it can be oesophagialrfluxepigastric herniation.consult gastroenterologist and ifagreed endoscopy should be done.
