Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am dizzy, feel unsteady on my feet. I have been able to walk on treadmill & ride stationary bike with no problem but afterwards still had problems with strange feelings in my head . Do feel a little bothered in nasal passages but no extreme symptoms. Also experiencing frequentcy in urination.
Feeling dizzy is due to inner ear problems. As your nasal pathways have been blocked, most probably Eustachian tube has been blocked too, causing dizziness.
Should apply nasal decongestant locally; apply vapour rub at night. Take antihistaminic. Monitor your blood pressure.
Get a urine test at home done and see if any urinary infection. Should be early in morning without eating or drinking anything.
If still no improvement, ENT to consult further as might need prescription meds.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
