What Causes Dizziness And Full Sensation In Ears?

Hi Doctor.. Someone yelled close to me earlier today. He was about 30 cms away from me. It lasted about half a minute or so. Now I feel that my right ear had a full sensation in it. I can hear from it but it does not feel the same as left ear. I feel little dizzy too. Could that shouting have caused damage to my ear ?

yelling is not related to it.get BP checked. get your ear checked by ent specialist. get nerve and conduction deafness tested, middle ear should be tested. tympanic membrane should be tested.
