What Causes Dizziness And Headache After A Head Trauma?

I blacked out and banged my head left side rear 6 days ago it is still very tender to the touch and I am still suffereing with headaches feeling nauseous and weak down left side , I have not been feeling well in general and I am seeing my GP later today but am worried because I keep feeling hot and dizzy

Hi, after head injury headache and dizziness and nausea with h/o blackout indicates head injury.
I advise you to do CT head to r/o intracranial injuries..
I also advise you to consult neurosurgeon for head injury.
