What Causes Dizziness And Headache After Waking Up In A Heart Patient?

I have dizziness when I stand up. I have a headache when I wake up. I ve had a heart murmur since I was young. Difficulty breathing even though I ve used my inhaler. Mild chest pain off and on. I had a tummy tuck surgery on 10/27. They kept me an extra night in the hospital because my blood pressure was so low.

as per your history is concerned you have dizziness , headache,shortness of breathing,chest pain,.So first check your vital sign and record it(BP,RR rate,Pulse rate,Temp ) record it.Next do a through clinical exam cardiovascular by your local doctors.Next do ECG & ECHO and angiography test .You can send reports also.
