What Causes Dizziness And Headache?

I woke up this morning and became very dizzy I normally drink a coffee before I go to work and my head was a little stuffy. I take Prilosec daily and also took an alegra D I have stayed home from work today and I am very dizzy and have a mild headache but my headache is not terrible

How old are you?? Are you hypertensive?? early morning giddiness may be due to BPPV or TIA . Other possibilities are postural hypotension or anemia, myocardial ischemia or arrhythmia or posterior circulation stroke etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please check your blood pressure and blood sugar. Get an ECG and chest X-ray. Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
