What Causes Dizziness And Heaviness In The Head Along With Fatigue?

I m having dizziness, well more like heavy headedness, fogginess, fatigue, new bilateral lower leg pitting edema up to 3 plus more on the left leg than the right, a dull achy sensation to my left arm pit running down my inner arm to my elbow. Wore a Holter for a month for palpitations, was told no cardiac issues, rare PAC s. Had Dengue Fever last November, have never felt the same since

Hi,

Since Holter is normal, you may need to have echocardiogram to see for ejection fraction and any valvular lesion. Dengue can cause myalgias post recovery for few months. Any cardiac complication doesn't tend to be chronic after dengue though.

Can be any other systemic infection so baseline blood work up like CRP and other inflammatory markers are recommended. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen can help for symptomatic relief.
