What Causes Dizziness And Heavy Menstrual Bleeding?

I had a very heavy period this month that resulted in constant bleeding with large clots. It lasted 2.5 days. On the second day I started experiencing dizziness and shortness of breath. I can walk from my bed to the toilet and back. But am unable to go further than that without feeling numbness in my legs and arms. I’m not hungry or thirsty. Basically I don’t want to move if I don’t have to.
