What Causes Dizziness And High BP?

for the last couple of weeks I get dizzy spells and the feeling that everything around me is odd. today my detures felt heavy and my mouth felt numb for a couple of minutes. this all lasted for about 10 mins total. came home and took my B/P it was high but I have taken my meds. it was 174/94

-Eat a healthy diet that is rich in whole grains, fruits, vegetables and low-fat dairy products and skimps on saturated fat and cholesterol can lower your blood pressure.
